Why is the Bible the only holy book that contains prophesy?

Can you think of a single biblical prophesy that came true? I'm looking for something specific and unambiguous. Saying that he rode into town on a donkey or that there will be wars and earthquakes isn't very useful because those things are always true. If you know of one single specific, unambiguous fulfilled prophesy please post it here or email me. I'd really like to know. Thanks in advance.
