How did you get pregnant with PCOS?

Let me start with a little bit of background. I am 19 years old. Will be 20 in 16 days. I had a DnC to remove my 1st miscarriage a couple of days after i turned 18. I was at the doctor yesterday only to find out I have PCOS. I was wondering if i could hear some stories about your tribulations and joys in connection to PCOS and pregnancy.
