on a first violation they allow you to take a course in safety (at least in the state of Ohio) that costs 250 bucks, for a few hours that expunges the ticket from your record, look into that in your state, there may be something similar, all you would have to do is go to some cles for a few hours and pay 250 bucks. but this can only be done one time
