Will my baby have abnormalities?

i been going to the doctor for all my appointments and been taking my pills every day.im about to b 7 months pregnant and a week ago i went to the doctor and took a sonogram and found out my baby's umbilical cord only has 2 veins its supposed to have 3. please help this is my first baby and im scared for her
