Sunburn turn into freckles? double u tee eff?

So I've been driving home from work in my new convertible with the top down...that's an average of 1.5hrs exposure without sunblock (depending on traffic) I got some nice sunburn and put aloe on it and it spread out into a nice (free) tan...but now I have freckers on my forehead and nose. Is it aids or what? Anyone else get freckers after sunburn on the face?
