Ready to battle anorexia for good and live a better life...?
There's so much here to address. First, you do sound like you've got anorexic tendencies. I'll leave it to a specialist to make the call, but you're obsessed about calories, food intake, exercise. Some of what you said sounds like me, but I try to stay a healthy weight without exercising so much that I injure myself. You need to regain some balance between your food and how much you're exercising to burn those calories. 1,800 per day isn't a lot for your size. Find the balance without injuring yourself. Eat healthy food and I suggest you work out a little less. Go slow and you'll find the right balance.
