Memorizing a Shakespearean monologue?

I have to do a monologue for my Drama cl, and I will be playing the part of Helena in All's Well That Ends Well.. I'm having a lot of trouble memorizing it.. any helpful tips? I also have to give a scene synopsis, but i dont know much about the play. The monologue is from Act 1 Sc. 1 "Our remedies oft in oursleves do lie..."
