Is there any way to make our country vishwaguru as it was in past ?

Who said that our country was 'Viswaguru' before 5000 years ? In ancient time BUDDHISM was more dominant than 'Arya dharma'. In fact Buddhism came in protest of the evils of Arya dharma.
