If OBL death photos will incite violence by jihadis then wouldn't the news of his death alone incite them?

Its a bogus argument that, "releasing photos would incite jihadis". The story of OBL death itself should have incited them anyway. So what difference does it make? And if you do agree that story of OBL death alone would incite jihadis, then why not keep OBL death itself a secret? If you cannot keep OBL death secret then don't keep photos secret too. If you announce OBL death then release photos too. The administration is contradicting itself. If they really cared about jihadis being getting enraged at OBL photos, they should not also announce he is dead. Right?
