How do I change baby's formula?

I had my baby on Enfamil (soy) for almost 5 months now. I moved and WIC covers Nestle Good Start here. How do I go about switching his formula? Should I just start giving him the NGS or should I do a gradually, like one bottle a day, or half of each formula? Please any tips would be helpful!
